Restaurant

Where every flavor tells a story

Restaurant “Voyvodite” is a place for truly home-cooked meals, prepared by four grandmothers who live just a short walk from Hotel 1876. The recipes have been passed down through generations of Balkan women and are made mainly with local ingredients.

In the morning, join us for mekitsi and banitsa, tripe soup, and fresh dairy from nearby farms. For lunch and dinner, the menu changes with the seasons — featuring vegetables from our garden, eggs from the yard, and meat from a local farm. Our homemade ice cream is a signature treat, prepared according to a recipe from the owners’ great-great-grandmother.

Our carefully selected white and red wines from Katarzyna Estate enhance the pleasure of every meal, while the famous Troyan plum rakia — aged or young — leaves a vivid memory of the evening… or perhaps no memory at all.

Summer evenings with memories in every flavor

SUMMER GARDEN

A place where taste meets tranquility, and summer can be felt with every sense. Beneath the shade of a majestic vine that keeps the air cool even on the hottest days, a green oasis awaits you in the heart of the town.

Here, time slows down, conversations linger, and food and wine reveal deeper flavors. The garden is the perfect spot for open-air lunches, romantic dinners, or shared moments with friends.

Every sip brings comfort and inspiration
